DO YOU GET WHAT YOU EXPECT???
DO YOU GET WHAT YOU EXPECT???
– invisablend.com
This is a “LAW”, like the law of gravity, called the Law of Expectations. Expect the best and received the best or expect the worse and receive the worse. When you think about what you don’t want you’ll usually get it, and when you think about what you really want with certainty you’ll usually get that too.
The power of belief is superhuman because when you have certainty of what you expect it eventually comes true. Be very careful and mindful of what you are thinking about consistently because this gets absorbed into your sub-conscious, and then your sub-conscious is what directs you into your expectations or what you expect.
Every person who has achieved great things knows of this law and follows this law, and that is their key to achieving outstanding results and becoming outstanding themselves.
Look your best, feel your best and commit to being outstanding. You are definitely worth what you expect, so go for it with certainty.

Braided weft hair extensions-
They are sewn into your natural hair which is braided to cover your whole head and the wefts of hair sewn into the braided rows. This is apparently ideal for thick or curly hair because if you have thin hair, the braid won’t be thick enough for them to put the amount of hair needed on the sew-in track. Eventually these braids will Cause so much tension on the hair, even the thickest hair will become weak a brittle due of trauma the hair follicle will endure. Not only that but your hair and scalp won’t have enough oxygen to breath. That will cause the other surviving hair to become more weak over time. The braid also holds moisture 5 times longer so after you shower your braids retain that water and can actually cause bacteria and fungus that can deteriorate your hair and is incredibly unhealthy for your scalp causing slower hair growth. Yikes!
Glue-in tracks or keratin fusion extensions-
One might seem better than the other but don’t believe it! Just because people say there are real hair proteins in the keratin bonds, IT IS STILL GLUE! No matter how amazing your hairstylist is at removing them, it is enviable that some of your hair will come with it. It will cause irreversible damage to the surviving hair that is left after removal. Your hair is being cut off from oxygen/moisture and on top of that your new growth will be matted at the top near your scalp. The tracks are definitely more detectable than the keratin extensions as these are done in rows rather than the keratin bonds that are fused with a small chunk of hair at a time. Although, both cause hair removable and BOTH are glue.
You also need to avoid oils or heated appliances near the connection for these extensions. As these things will cause the bond to weaken and fall out.
So what method of adding hair should you use instead??

8 Foods That Help Your Hair Grow Faster
8 Foods That Help Your Hair Grow Faster
– invisablend.com
Whether you’re in the midst of trying to recover your strands from a misguided cut or simply want longer locks, you may have a hard time patiently waiting for your hair to grow. (We’ve been there.)
Luckily, unlike the watched pot that never boils, concentrating on your hair growth can yield actual results, particularly when it comes to strategic eating. Here are eight foods that make your hair grow, recommended by Harvard and Yale Medical School-trained nutritionist Jayson Calton, PhD, and licensed nutritionist and fitness chef Mira Calton, CN.
1. Salmon: This fish is loaded with the strong hair supporters like Vitamin D and protein, but it also contains omega-3 fatty acids that promote hair growth by keeping your scalp healthy.
2. Yellow Peppers: Yellow bell peppers have nearly five and a half times more vitamin C than oranges (341 milligrams, as opposed to 63). This is good news for your locks since vitamin C is an antioxidant that strengthens the hair shaft and hair follicles, as well as prevents breakage.
3. Oysters: Zinc deficiency has been noted to cause hair loss and poor scalp conditions and oysters are loaded with zinc — just three ounces contain 493 percent of your daily value. But not just any oysters will do: Steer clear of the ones caught in the Gulf of Mexico, which may contain unusually high levels of Cadmium due to the 2010 BP oil spill.
4. Eggs: Eggs are an excellent source of those aforementioned omega-3s, and they are also contain biotin (which many people trying to grow their hair take in supplement form). But, just so you’re aware, it’s not the egg white that will make your hair long and beautiful, it’s the yolk. Eating too many egg whites can actually block the absorption of biotin into the body, causing a depletion of this micronutrient.
5. Sunflower Seeds: Just a few little seeds can supply you with an abundance of vitamin E, which will enhance blood flow to the scalp and promote faster hair growth.
6. Sweet Potatoes: These are loaded with beta carotene, the precursor for vitamin A that not only promotes a healthy scalp but promotes hair growth. But choose foods loaded with beta carotene over supplementing with high doses — like over 2500 milligrams — of vitamin A from retinol since it can be toxic at very high levels.
7. Avocados: Due to their high concentration of essential fatty acids naturally found in skin cells (which help to keep your skin smooth and supple), avocados are an age-old beauty secret. When topically applied to the hair and scalp, they have the added ability to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Mix a little avocado with sour cream (which contains lactic acid to help exfoliate dead skin and clean up buildup on the scalp) and apply to your hair and scalp for about ten minutes before washing it off.
8. Almonds: These nuts will make your hair grow faster and thicker due to their high biotin content. One cup contains nearly one-third of your daily requirement. You should be able to see the results in a month or two of adding them to your diet…

“Combine Puerto Rican rum with a raw egg. The rum contains honey and molasses, which quickly hydrates dry damaged hair. Be sure to rinse with cold water! Leave on one to two minutes.”—Kerry Joly, hairstylist for ABC

“Don’t be afraid to do more than one shampoo—sometimes all you need is more water. For people who only wash their hair a few times a week, I recommend doing one quick shampoo first to just loosen up all the build-up in the hair, then go in and really scrub a second time.”—Siobhán Quinlan, stylist at Michael Angelo’s Wonderland Beauty Parlor
“Before rinsing out conditioner in the shower, I recommend using a broad flat paddle brush to gently brush hair from root to tip. Once you’ve detangled, easy brushing can happen; you always want to make sure you are taking every step necessary to prevent damage and ensure you’re properly caring for your hair.”—Danilo, Pantene celebrity stylist
“Try mixing mayonnaise, raw egg, and beer together for severely dry, damaged hair. Mayonnaise will give hair shine, and the raw egg and beer provide protein, which is great for strengthening the hair. The alcohol contains vitamin B, which adds shine.”—Kerry Joly, hairstylist for ABC
“To help hair grow healthier, opt for 3-4 Brazil nuts every day. You will see the difference in your hair within a few weeks.”—David Babaii, partner at Blo Blow Dry Bar
“For an oily, flaky scalp, use 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon, 2 tablespoons distilled water, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.”—Kerry Joly, hairstylist for ABC
“Coconut oil and castor oil are amazing. Both oils promote hair growth and health without weighing hair down—a small amount goes a long way and can be applied any time.”—Wellington Hair Spa
“A quick treatment you can do at home is using an entire egg to condition hair. [Editor’s note: Apparently eggs are what our hair’s been missing all these years?] Use egg whites to treat oily hair; use egg yolks to moisturize dry, brittle hair…

Tips to stop hair loss and thinning hair
Tips to stop hair loss and thinning hair
– invisablend.com
Hair loss is a reality for millions of women, so you’re not alone if you’ve noticed thinning patches or a receding hairline, even in your 30s. The onset of excessive hair loss or hair thinning over the scalp has many causes – and just as many high-profile treatment options, ranging from over-the-counter and prescriptive medications, to low level laser light therapy (LLLT) for hair re-growth.
Common myths about hair loss
Why do women lose their hair? Common misconceptions include wearing hats, washing your hair too often or, inevitably, you will lose your hair when you’re old and there is no cure, says Tiffany Masiello-Helt, a certified managing cosmetologist with Precision, a clinic in Cleveland, OH, for hair restoration.
“The facts are not nearly as sensationalistic – the myths can actually be dispelled by understanding exactly what hair loss is,” Masiello-Helt says. She has worked in the industry for almost 20 years to help clients repair thinning hair.
Too much DHT causes hair loss
Baldness in both men and women is caused by a single chemical called DHT, a by-product of the hormone testosterone. Too much DHT inhibits the cells of your hair follicles from receiving necessary nutrients. Because of DHT’s connection with testosterone, more men are susceptible to hair loss. However, since women produce both female and male hormones, they are at risk as well.
“Your hair literally begins to starve to death. When a hair follicle starts down this road, you may notice texture changes, brittleness and then the hair shaft begins to shrink, reducing in length and diameter until it seems to disappear,” she explains. The last stage of hair loss occurs when the follicle goes completely dormant and stays that way. No hair will grow from that follicle again.
Excess DHT is genetic, she says, so if your parents have lost their hair, you may be at risk as well. Age comes into play, but if you don’t start losing your hair until you’re older, it only means that it took many years for your genetic predisposition to DHT sensitivity to activate.
Hair loss is different for women
Men go bald in the same pattern, a thinning hair line that moves to the top of the head, often leaving the back intact (oh, yes, we know that look!). Women can lose hair gradually all over the head. Women are also susceptible to certain diseases, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), where hair loss is a symptom…
